Planning Around Rio de Janeiro
Protective arrangements in Rio de Janeiro begin with an understanding of each client's itinerary, destinations and priorities. Airport arrivals at Galeão or Santos Dumont, hotel transfers, business meetings and private engagements form part of the overall plan.
Visits may involve Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, Barra da Tijuca and Rio's business districts. UCP coordinates protection and secure transportation around the client's schedule, with São Paulo-based operational leadership supporting planning and adjustments as needed.
Operational Leadership and International Coordination
Unique Close Protection has operated in Brazil since 2008, led from São Paulo by founder Derek Pucci. With more than 20 years of security and protective experience, Derek oversees Brazil-based operational arrangements, including discreet executive protection and secure transportation for clients visiting Rio de Janeiro. Each assignment is planned around the client's requirements and itinerary.
Our London-based coordination operation supports international enquiries, pre-travel planning and client communication. Protective services for visits to Rio de Janeiro are organised and managed in Brazil, subject to individual assessment and operational availability.
